Welcome to Mosaic Global Transportation! We are glad that you have chosen to travel with us. Below, we present the terms and conditions governing the transportation contract between the Client/Passenger and Mosaic Global Transportation. By purchasing your ticket, you accept and agree to the following clauses, as well as the fare table in effect at the time of ticket issuance.
Mosaic Global Transportation will not refuse to provide transportation based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, or ancestry.
Travel Ticket
- Data Verification: Upon issuing [and signing the ticket], it is the Passenger's responsibility to verify that all information (dates, times, destinations, and prices) is correct and aligns with their request. Purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of these clauses.
- Personal and Non-Transferable Ticket: The ticket is personal and non-transferable and will be the only valid proof for traveling on the indicated date and time.
- Duplicate Ticket: In case of ticket loss, the Passenger may request a duplicate at no charge.
- Changes and Cancellations: Changes, postponements, and cancellations are accepted based on our cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Domestic Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
- International Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
- Staff, Vans, Mini-coaches, and Motor Coaches: Cancellations for these vehicles must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled pick-up date.
- No-Notification Charges: Failure to notify us of cancellations will result in being billed at the full price, with no proration available.
- Refundable Cancellations: For cancellations eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
- Rescheduling: Mosaic Global Transportation allows rescheduling tickets for [round trips with open dates] up to 24 hours before the initial travel date. If the ticket is not used on the new date, it will be void and invalid.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Identification for Purchases: To complete a phone purchase, the cardholder must present the card used and an identification. Otherwise, the ticket will not be issued, and a penalty of the ticket price will be applied, in addition to requiring a new payment.
Prohibited Practices
All purchases made by customers must be for actual passengers, with their consent, who intend to travel the reserved route. Consequently, the company prohibits fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate, and impossible/illogical bookings, which violate, among others:
- Completing a reservation/purchase with a payment method obtained illegally, such as a stolen credit or debit card.
- Obtaining or using another customer’s identity (without the knowledge or consent of that customer) to fraudulently cancel that customer’s ticket reservations and claim a refund.
- Booking/purchasing a ticket in another person’s name without their consent.
- Booking duplicate or impossible/illogical trips: for example, multiple trips for the same passenger at approximately the same time (i.e., trips that a passenger could not physically complete), multiple trips for the same passenger departing from the same city on the same date, or any multiple booking containing conflicting or overlapping itineraries (such as departures for the same passenger from multiple cities at the same time).
If any of these prohibited practices are detected, then, without prior notice to the customer, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions:
- Cancel such ticket reservations and/or any misused vouchers related to such ticket reservations.
- Provide no refund for such ticket reservations/purchases.
- Prevent or blacklist the customer from making future reservations with or through Las Vegas Shuttles and/or shuttle/bus operators.
Denial of Transportation
- The company may refuse to transport any passenger or may remove any passenger for the comfort or safety of the passenger, for the comfort or safety of other passengers or employees, or for the prevention of harm to property or its passengers or employees. For example, the company may refuse to transport or may remove passengers in any of the following situations:
- Whenever necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, or government directive or request, or when advisable at the company’s sole discretion, due to weather or other conditions beyond the company’s control, including acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, embargoes, wars, and other similar force majeure events.
- When a passenger refuses to present valid identification upon request.
- When a passenger fails or refuses to comply with any of the company’s rules or any provision of these Terms.
- When a passenger violates or refuses to comply with the rules or any terms and conditions.
- When the passenger provides a government-issued photo ID with information that does not match the information on the passenger’s ticket.
- When the passenger’s behavior is disorderly, abusive, violent, or illegal, or the passenger appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- When the passenger brings alcohol, drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items onto any part of the bus (including storage of such items under the bus).
- When the passenger smokes on board the bus.
- When the passenger is barefoot.
- When the passenger interferes with the activities of the staff or the bus or does not obey the instructions of any staff member or bus personnel.
- When the passenger has a contagious illness that may be transmissible to other passengers during the normal course of travel on the shuttle or bus.
- When the passenger cannot sit in a seat with the seatbelt fastened, to the extent that the shuttle or bus is equipped with seatbelts (unless going to/from the onboard restroom);
- When the passenger refuses to follow reasonable instructions given by the company’s crew or bus personnel.
- When the passenger’s behavior may be dangerous or creates a risk of harm to themselves, the driver, the bus crew, other passengers, the bus and/or company property, or the property of other passengers.
- When the passenger is severely ill, unless the passenger provides written permission from a doctor stating they are not a health or safety risk to themselves or others and are able to travel safely, either alone or with an accompanying person.
- When the passenger violates any applicable law or regulation.
Passengers who are denied transportation or expelled from the bus terminal as a result of any of the above situations will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or substitute or return transportation of any kind.
Travel Rates
- Fare Changes: Ticket prices may change without prior notice.
- Promotions and Discounts: Discounts and promotions are not cumulative or combinable.
- Currency: All fares are expressed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
Luggage
- Luggage Allowance: Each Passenger is entitled to carry 1 checked luggage up to 50 pounds and 1 carry on size.
- Excess Luggage: Any item that does not meet standard specifications, such as boxes or bulky items, will be considered excess luggage. This excess will be accepted only if there is available space on the bus and will be subject to additional fees. $10.00 per item
- Hand Luggage: One piece of hand luggage (backpack, bag, or briefcase) with a maximum weight of 5 pounds is allowed. [Cardboard boxes or laundry sacks are not permitted on board.]
- Luggage Responsibility: Mosaic Global Transportation is not responsible for undeclared valuables or for lost luggage.
- Documentation and Security: Each Passenger is responsible for their own luggage in customs. The transport of weapons, illegal drugs, and prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
During the Trip
- Luggage Placement: Hand luggage must be stored in the overhead compartments or under the seat to avoid obstructing the aisle.
- Behavior Rules: All passengers must remain seated until the driver indicates they may disembark. Smoking is prohibited on the buses and in offices.
- Seat Changes: There may be changes in the bus or seat number, and our staff will inform passengers to ensure the best possible service.
Boarding Process
- Authorized Terminals: Boarding and disembarking will only take place at authorized terminals. It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour before departure to facilitate the process.
- Required Documentation: At boarding, it is necessary to present the travel ticket and a valid identification document.
Minors
- Minor Accompaniment: Passengers under 18 years of age cannot travel alone without a notarized consent letter from their parents.
Adults
- Travel Conditions: Traveling under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted. The company reserves the right to deny service to passengers who do not comply with these rules.
Health and Safety
- Health Regulations: All passengers must comply with current health and safety regulations. This includes wearing masks in required situations and following the instructions of the company staff.
- Emergency Protocols: In case of an emergency, established evacuation procedures will be followed. Passengers are advised to pay attention to the driver’s instructions.
Complaints and Claims
- Complaints Procedure: If you wish to file a complaint or claim, you must do so within 24 hours after the completion of the trip. Complaints can be submitted through our website or at our offices.
- Conflict Resolution: Mosaic Global Transportation is committed to resolving any conflict fairly and equitably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the conflict may be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.
Service
- Schedules and Changes: Schedules are local and subject to change. Mosaic Global Transportation is not responsible for delays due to factors outside its control.
Responsibility
- Limitation of Liability: Mosaic Global Transportation shall not be liable for indirect damages, losses, or expenses resulting from delays, cancellations, or any other inconveniences that may arise during the trip.
- Disclaimer of Liability: The Passenger releases Mosaic Global Transportation from all liability in the event of force majeure that prevents the fulfillment of the transportation service.
Privacy Policy
- Data Protection: Mosaic Global Transportation does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except in cases necessary for payment processing or compliance with the law.
- Use of Information: Personal information is used solely to enhance your travel experience and address your requests.
Errors and Omissions
- Error Correction: Mosaic Global Transportation reserves the right to correct errors or omissions in pricing and fare information, as well as in any other aspect of the services offered. In case of discrepancies, the most recent and verified information will prevail.
- Notification of Errors: If an error is discovered after purchase, the Passenger will be notified and given the option to cancel or modify the ticket.

- Access and Use: Accessing and using our website implies acceptance of these terms. Any unauthorized use of the site's content, such as reproduction, distribution, or modification, is prohibited.
- Online Security: Mosaic Global Transportation takes measures to protect user information security. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Allowed Items on the Bus
- Permitted Items: Items such as books, electronic devices, pillows, and blankets are allowed. These must be of reasonable size and not interfere with the comfort of other passengers.
- Food and Beverages: The consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the bus.
Prohibitions
- Prohibited Items: It is prohibited to carry sharp objects, explosives, illegal substances, weapons, and any items that may jeopardize the safety of other passengers.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Violent behavior, threats, harassment, and any actions that may disturb the peace and well-being of other passengers are prohibited.

In Case of Emergency
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, the driver will provide clear instructions on how to proceed. All passengers must follow safety instructions and assist in evacuation if necessary.
- Emergency Equipment: The buses are equipped with safety and first aid equipment. If needed, the driver must be informed immediately.
Disposition for Unclaimed Packages
- Unclaimed Packages: Any package that is not picked up or claimed within 10 days following the arrival date at the designated pick-up location will be subject to disposition according to this Provision.
- Notification Process: If a package remains unclaimed after 10 days, the company will attempt to notify the sender and recipient using the contact information provided at the time of booking/purchase. The notification will serve as a final reminder to pick up the package within an additional xx (x) days. After this additional period of xx (x) days, if the package remains unclaimed, the company reserves the right to dispose of the package according to the terms outlined in this document.
- Disposition of Packages: Any package that is not picked up within a total of xx (xx) days from the arrival date (including the two-day notification period) will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of the company. Disposition may include, but is not limited to: destruction, donation, or other means of disposal without compensation or liability to the sender, recipient, or any third party.
- No Refunds or Compensation: By accepting these Terms, customers acknowledge and agree that once a package is disposed of, they waive any claim regarding the contents of the package and have no right to a refund, reimbursement, or compensation for the value of the package or its contents.
- Disclaimer: The company will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disposition of unclaimed packages, as described. The customer waives all rights to bring legal claims or seek compensation related to the disposition of unclaimed packages.
